Return Policy

Return Policy: offers a thirty day return privilege from the date of the receipt of products.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  Please email us for an RMA number at prior to making any returns.  Please follow the instructions for where, and how to ship back your return, when you receive your RMA number.  We inspect all returns, prior to making any refunds.  Products may not be returned if the seal has been broken.  Shipping charges are not refundable. Packages returned to us without a proper RMA, will be refused.  All returns must be in new, unused, and mint condition.  Product must be returned to us prepaid in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Please make sure that your return is packaged securely and shipped via UPS, FedEx, or the USPS, with a tracking number.  Be sure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box. All packages should be insuranced in case of breakage. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you order an item and then decide you do not want the item, it is your responsibility to return the purchase to us prepaid. Refusing delivery does not constitute a waiver of your responsibility and the return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.
