ThermX-70 Yucca Extract is an organic wetting agent, sticker and spreader.  Yucca extract is a vital part of all liquid application programs because growing conditions are never perfect. Crops are subject to many kinds of stress conditions that limit production and quality. ThermX-70 helps plants overcome these stresses. ThermX-70 is a concentrated plant extract containing the natural surfactant saponin. Saponin is found in certain desert plants like Yucca and helps plants overcome the adverse growing conditions of the desert. When placed in the root zone, ThermX-70 helps turf and crop plants in much the same manner.

Saponin is a natural wetting agent that reduces surface tension. This action enhances better water penetration into the soil, subbing of beds and drainage of excess water from the root zone. Under stress conditions, saponin increases the plant's ability to utilize water more efficiently, which thus results in: Improved seed germination and stand establishment, Increased water uptake and Improved fertilizer uptake. Water and nutrients are no longer wasted as they are better  taken up and used by the plants. How Does Finalsan Work?

Herbicidal soaps work by penetrating the waxy cuticle of plants, causing the plant to dehydrate and die. The active ingredients accumulate in plants and cause intracellular damage, leading to cell death. Activity is non-selective and will kill plants the soap comes into contact with, but will not translocate to underground portions of the plant or harm the bark of mature, woody plants.  Can be safely sprayed around the base of trees, shrubs, hops, grapes without worry.  

Use on weeds within vegetable and flower gardens, landscaped areas, lawns (for spot treatment only), in the vicinity of small fruits and fruit trees, around and on buildings, sidewalks, fences, bark mulch, driveways, patios and gravel.  Use on moss and algae, around and on buildings, roofs, decks, sidewalks, fences, bark mulch, driveways, patios and gravel. Finalsan can even be used in cool weather. Areas can be planted five days after treatment.

Finalsan reduces tree toxicity risks and leaves no harmful residue in the soil. It won’t stain bricks, concrete or asphalt and people and pets can re-enter areas once spray dries.
